What a great job they did on siding our house! Having dealt with contractors in the past and having a not so pleasant experience, Jared and Shaun were great to work with. The job that they did was GREAT! After meeting with various companies to get bids on siding, Done Right was the only company that delivered on time. Going through the process, everything was explained to us every step of the way. Taking the advise and suggestions on what would look good for siding. Never once were we pressured or rushed on having to make a decision. They even found a few problems on work from a roofing company and corrected them. I will truly recommend Done Right to anyone! In the past, I have not been sure I could trust a contractor. I needed some exterior repairs, but the project manager found we had hail damage and needed a whole new roof. I also knew I needed correct ventilation, and he was able to provide a solution that could be worked into the new roof work. Done Right worked with my insurance company and got the work done fast! Done Right is priced competitively, but more importantly, they are respectful and considerate of my time, resources and sensibilities, without delaying the project. They took care of everything, and addressed all the work thoroughly in the quote. I didn't have to worry about the little things. If you want the project done correctly, the first time, use the professionals -- Done Right!
Great job on repairing our roof. Had a few other "roofers" out to give an estimate on the job. Jarrod crawled into the attic to see where the water stains were coming from (other roofers were just going to replace shingles) - Attic was not ventilated properly, fix that issue, but then another was created. They honored the original quote, and did not charge us for the second trip. Workers were prompt and cleaned up afterwards. Owner even stopped by on the second trip to say they were going to get it "Done Right" (my words, not theirs).
Would recommend the to family and friends ANY TIME!! Will certainly call them for any home repair in the future.
We have used Done Right for 2 jobs now AMAZING work! They treat you like family and clean the property up so well after they are done.
We had a problem with 1 window Tom was out right away to look at it and fixed the problem manufacture problem NOT installation problem. We live in Lincoln so not an easy jaunt to get here but he was on time and true to his word.

First. Jerrod. I hope I spelled his name right. Was great. Explained everything to us. Even found some problems we were unaware of. The roof the gutters and window guys were great. Very professional and I will be using them for all my home improvements.
