We had hail damage to our roof, gutters and siding. Ray from Done Right was on top of all the logistics from day one until the end. His experience with dealing with insurance companies is top notch and he explained everything to us in great detail. All the work he scheduled was completed on time and with quality. He often would stop by to check up on status and to make sure we were satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to use Done Right again. They are true to their name.
We had our roof replaced by Done Right Home Improvements and it was an excellent experience. Bob was great to work with. He answered all our many questions and explained in detail each step of the process. He was also very responsive to our phone calls, texts and emails. We felt like we were in good hands from beginning to end. The crew did great work and we were also very happy with the job they did cleaning up when they were done. We have used DoneRight for three large jobs - roof, gutters, and siding. They are professional and offer excellent customer service and follow through. They answered all of our questions and worked well with our insurance company. During our project, they even ensured our landscaping was protected during the roof tear off. The projects were completed on time and within the proposed budget. Our project manager, Curtis, remained on site and ensured everything was completed to our liking.
