We recently hired DoneRight to replace our entire roof, add new gutters, replace an eGress window and upgrade our patio door. We were extremely happy with the finished product on all of these projects. Our project manager Bobby Rockwell was a pleasure to work and handled all aspects of our job with quality and professionalism. Bobby worked with our insurance company throughout every step and did a great job making sure everything was submitted properly to our insurance. Bobby was great to work with. We had some storm damage and had to replace our roof and gutters among other repairs. He laid out all our options at the outset, helped us communicate with our insurance company about our claim, and did quality work. We definitely plan to work with Bobby again in the future and would highly recommend DRHI to anyone.
This past fall we hired Done Right Home Improvements (highly recommended to us) for new windows, front door, siding, gutters, leaf guards - everything - and we couldn't be happier with the results!! Everything was done beautifully, and we feel they went the extra mile to be sure we would be thrilled with the results! Bobby Rockwell, project manager, was amazing!!! We loved him from the first time we met, and knew we could totally trust our home to him! He is so personable, was always available to us, was knowledgeable and patient as we hashed out all of the options (even when we made changes along the way), and he made sure every detail of the job got handled! It was such a blessing to get to know him and the rest of the crew that worked on our home! We are SO thankful that we hired Done Right Home Improvements - - we got a beautiful & quality new exterior on our home and made some new friends in the process!
