On my insurance claim, why is my insurance company only paying part of the money upfront?
Most homeowners insurance policies have what is called “Replacement Cost Value” which means the only cost to the homeowner will be their deductible. Typically, insurance companies will pay “Actual Cost Value” before the job starts. Once the work has been completed, we send your insurance company an invoice, at which point they will release the remaining amount minus your deductible to you.
I filed a claim with my insurance company so why is my mortgage company listed on the check?
When insurance companies disperse checks over a certain amount, they are required to list your mortgage company. Your mortgage company will have to endorse the check and will have to get the money released. We will be able to walk you through this process when the time comes.
On my insurance claim, will you absorb my deductible?
The state does not allow us to pay for deductibles. This would be considered insurance fraud and the insurance commission has been recently cracking down on both the contractor and homeowner who participate in this.
If I file a claim, will my insurance premiums go up?
Insurance companies can not raise your rates for filing a claim for hail or wind. It is considered “an act of God” which is out of your control. Insurance companies can however collectively raise rates based on an area demographic and the amount of previous storms on record.

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded as required by state law. We are licensed in the both Nebraska and Iowa.

Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 5 year workmanship warranty on all replacement projects. The workmanship warranty on repair projects will vary based on what services are provided. Based on the materials installed, you will also have a Manufacturers warranty.
How much money do I have to put down?
We value our customers satisfaction, therefore we have a $0.00 money down policy on retail projects. We will ask for payment in full once your project is 100% complete. We do however, request that the first insurance check of an insurance claim upfront due to the high volume that can be associated with “an act of God” occurrences such as a hail storm.
